Initial Minor Flood Warning For The Georgina River

MINOR FLOODING IS POSSIBLE AT MARION DOWNS NEXT WEEK
River level rises in upper parts of the catchment are moving downstream, from rainfall last week.
No significant rainfall is forecast for the catchment area for the next few days.
Georgina River to Marion Downs:
Minor flooding may occur along the Georgina River to Marion Downs.
There are currently no observations for Marion Downs, but the river level is expected to be below the minor flood level (3.00 m).
The Georgina River at Marion Downs may reach the minor flood level (3.00 m) early next week.
